Contact the hotel or booking business shown on your confirmation for cancellations, refunds, payment questions or changes. SoloRove does not hold reservation records and cannot modify a booking. This mailbox is not an emergency or round-the-clock travel support service.

SoloRove is an independent English-language solo travel publication, beginning with Japan and intended for UK and US readers. For a partnership enquiry, include your programme name, a public information link and the proposed arrangement.
